Easy Returns & Exchanges:

At Plush Toys we appreciate that although the standard of our product is exceptional, from time to time a customer may purchase an item that is not the right size, colour, or they just may not like it.

If that is the case we encourage you to contact us via email, phone or fax to arrange an exchange.   You may return non-sale merchandise with an original receipt up to 30 days from the purchase date for a full refund or store credit (less shipping costs). Non-sale merchandise returned without a receipt or after 30 days from the date of purchase, and merchandise accompanied by a gift receipt shall be exchanged for store credit only.

All sale and special order purchases are final; no refunds or credits are available.

Your satisfaction is important to us.

Contact must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order. Exchanges will happily be given if the item is unused, unworn, with all packaging and labels intact. An additional delivery fee for this service will be charged.

Plush Toys does not collect personally identifiable information on our website, such as your name, address, e-mail address or telephone number, without your knowledge. Such information is collected only when you knowingly and voluntarily submit it to us (as, for example, when you contact us via e-mail).

When you place an order Plush Toys will ask you to provide certain information about yourself, such as your name, mailing address, or e-mail address. The personal information you submit when placing your order is treated as confidential. We use this information to process your transaction, keep you up to date with specials and news from Plush Toys and we share the information with Visa and/or Mastercard in order to process your order.

We use cookies

Cookies allow Plush Toys to remember you. If we didn't use cookies you would have to enter your details each time you visited. If you really prefer not to use cookies you can set your browser preferences to not accept cookies. Most websites however, including Plush Toys, require cookies to process your orders.

Trends, Tracking and Sharing Information

Plush Toys uses standard software for monitoring statistical information such as how many visitors we have to our websites and what countries they are coming from. These statistics are viewed on an aggregate basis and help us get general overviews of customer trends. We do not look at individual customer data. Personal information specific to each Vendor's sales is treated as strictly confidential and will only be reviewed or examined in the event of a dispute, claim, error or customer request.
Security

Plush Toys uses stringently tested technologies to ensure the security of information transmitted via our web site and maintained in our possession. When you place your order "checkout" you will see a lock icon appear on the status bar of your browser. This indicates that the data that is submitted is encrypted while in transit and so cannot be viewed by anyone other than us. In addition, when we receive that data, it is stored on a separate location to the web server so that it can only be accessed by us.
