Couplicoles are paper toys-- from the French verbs "couper" (cut), "plier" (fold) and "coller" (paste), referring to the creation process of these three-dimensional toys. Although they resemble both Japanese origami and scale models, they are in fact stylized creations Jouets Hartia Toys' line of products and includes more than a hundred different models of birds, animals, vegetables and fun characters.
